You are studying to become an archaeologist so that you can investigate the the mysterious ancient past in greater detail. However, you first need to learn what archaeologists do.

You must find the definitions of certain words that are important to archaeologists. You also need to learn more about what archaeologists actually do, and how they study the ancient past. You will accomplish these goals by visiting various Web sites that address issues related to archaeology.
